Mr. Tanner Savage of Houston was such a sweetheart. He explained how he was fixing cart after cart this past weekend and how he travels around straightening wheels and other repairs. I would rate his willingness to explain what he was doing a 10 out of 10 in customer service in a field that doesn’t require customer service. And guess what?
