Laredo’s Biggest Loser Challenge Part Deux

Didn’t lose as much as you wanted to the first time around that the Laredo’s Biggest Loser Challenge was posed?? Tomorrow is your chance to try one more time!!

So glad I’ll be weighing in early in the morning because the St. Peter’s historic neighborhood will be honoring the Annual National Neighborhood Day with a tasty potluck on Saturday. I’ll be expecting to gain a little weight with my neighbors but no worries, I will work to lose it and maybe I won’t win the challenge, but I’ll be trying between potlucks :).

A huge thank you to the VMT Magnet Arts/Communication School for letting the neighbors borrow a cafeteria to share our tasty treats with each other. St. Peter’s Historic Neighborhood ROCKS!

I love food too much to give any one thing up. all in moderation including moderation, i have found that when you lower your serving size and graze (nuts are great for this, cashews especially *slurp*) throughout the day it keeps your metabolism going and keeps binging at bay. :o)
