I laughed hard when I saw this sign and then I realized – hey, those are my tax dollars paying for all the mistakes!!
We can’t assume the sign makers read this blog but someone must have told them they had misspelled Lake Casa Blanca some time back. I had blogged about it in October of last year and it looks like the sign was “fixed” and Bianca was changed to the correct Blanca.
But wait… they fixed one thing but got another one wrong!!
They should take lessons from LISD who recently made new handicapped parking signs and spelled them “handy capped”; but, they took them down almost immediately.
Typos in quick communication – ok, typos in permanent signs – NOT ok.

And I’ll bet they charged for the new & “improved” sign too! Bola de __________.
“International” and “state” — a mighty ambitious presa.
*Facedesk!* *Facedesk!* *Facedesk!* *Facedesk!* *Facedesk!*
This reminds me of when someone stole the “L” in “Public” from the Public Library at Calton and McPherson.
Hahaha – really?? I hadn’t heard that before.
Originally they had this sign: http://goo.gl/DEKpW. Not too long after the “L” was stolen they changed to this one: goo.gl/ITlLr
