The finishing touch

Laredo City Hall on the Houston Street side

The city of Laredo puts on its pretty dress for the holidays. Here she is getting her last bow straightened out tonight.

As a reminder to our city folks out there, not everyone in this community is a Christian or specifically celebrates Christmas. Care and consideration for everyone to be welcomed in the celebrations is most appreciated. Thank you.

You know, I’ve always wondered that same thing…how come Christmas decorations are used in governmental buildings when there should be a separation of church of state…:/

This nation has prospered because GOD was placed with country as in the pledge of allegiance ” One Nation Under GOD..”, amongst other nationwide rituals or insignias .

This is the point where I respectfully request to agree to disagree, Rick. People of all thoughts have contributed to this country – including nonbelievers and those with several gods. Still love ya, Rick 🙂
