Top 10 Things to do in Laredo

The bathrooms in Abilene keep telling me what to do in Abilene. I don’t think I’ll get to do a single one!

It got me thinking, though, what are the top 10 things you would tell someone visiting Laredo to do?

    1. Try to feel the presence of a ghost at the Republic of the Rio Grande Museum.
    2. Do a scavenger hunt for cabrito at all the Danny’s Restaurants in Laredo.
    3. Count all the jets flying in to Laredo by parking at Gold’s Gym on Del Mar.
    4. Check out the flea market on Guadalupe on the weekends.
    5. Eat a big burger basket combo at Glass Kitchen on Guadalupe.
    6. Learn to skateboard by hanging out at Northeast Hillside Recreation Center Park.
    7. Take photos of old downtown buildings (just watch your step).
    8. Fish (or just have a wienie roast) at Lake Casa Blanca State Park.
    9. Watch a Broncos game at Veterans Baseball Park.
    10. Meet up with friends at Taco Palenque at 2 a.m.
