Things that make you go… QUE FREGADOS!

What a great reader suggestion! A local woman (whom I hope to soon post about her exciting work) suggested we start a new segment called “Things that make you go… QUE FREGADOS!” She sent me the first entry about day to day things that locally just make you say “Q… F…”

Here is my Thing That Made Me Go … QUE FREGADOS!:

While at HEB last week, I waited patiently for another patron to finish looking for his items in the freezer section WHILE he held the door open. You guessed it! By the time he was done, closed the door and walked away, the door was completely fogged up … this happened to me two other times. QUE FREGADOS!!!

So if you have one, two, or three experiences that make you scratch your head, shake your head, or nod your head (wow, we do express a lot with our heads) then send it to

I will post them maybe once a week, depending on the emails submitted.

Another entry from the reader: “Like today, Mexico losing … QUE FREGADOS!!!”

When the traffic is heavy and a vehicle wants to get in the flow of traffic from a private parking lot and you give a courtesy cut in the people behind you honk a tune to you meaning “CHINGA TU Madre” ! Talk about road rage and in a past article some one stated Laredo is a friendly city “QUE FREGADOS “!

  2. ___waking up and reading “Que Fregados” every morning makes me hollar “Que Fregados!” . . .
