I am glad I wasn’t well enough to attend the “scavenger hunt” for the Cuatro Vientos Road project that was FINALLY finished. LaSanbe recently let us know about the activities to get people to use the road but I didn’t go and was able to avoid getting this little regalito feito.
I predict this one-time use shirt (that probably wasn’t used that one time since most folks won’t change their clothes at an event) will end up next to these Relay for Life shirts and so many other one-time use event shirts. Puro waste. At least the Relay for Life shirts were worn during the event and basic design concepts were considered:
And talking about design… what’s with these giraffe necked women heads in downtown Laredo? Freaky. I might have nightmares tonight of long-necked wiggy heads sticking out of ugly blue shirts while driving through el Cuatro Vientos’ seven miles.
Regardless of all the silliness, I am very glad the Cuatro Vientos Loop 20 extension is finally open and ready for use.

___easy for you to say, cuatro vientos does not go anyplace close to st. peter’s/downtown . .
Sweet, a new “trapo” for my kitchen.
